IICBA produced and validated 6 ICTeTD modules for training of teachers of the following subjects: 1) African Geography, 2) African History, 3) Biology, 4) Chemistry, 5) Mathematics and 6) Physics based on the ICTeTD model and the ICT-enhanced teacher standards for Africa--ICTeTSA.
The modules will be used for training teacher educators in Africa through online and face-to-face modes initially to test the effectiveness of the approach on selected institutions and then for large scale preparation of teacher educators in the continent to be 21st century teachers.
